At a young age, he began accompanying his father to job sites whenever he was out of school, particularly during summer breaks. During this time, he assisted his father and gradually became familiar with fieldwork, daily operations, and the responsibilities associated with the industry. This early involvement allowed him to gain practical experience and a working understanding of oil and gas production from the ground level.

After completing high school, he chose to continue working in the oil and gas industry and followed in his father’s footsteps by joining the family business. He worked for Lone Pine Operations, where he continued to gain experience in field operations and business activities. His time at Lone Pine Operations allowed him to further develop his knowledge of the industry through hands-on work and long-term involvement.
Founding Triple L Land & Minerals: A Family-Owned Oil and Gas Company
After many years of working with Lone Pine Operations, he decided to establish his own company. Drawing on his experience and background in the oil and gas industry, he founded Triple L Land & Minerals in October 2013. The company was created based on years of practical experience and industry involvement and continues to operate as a family-owned business.

Today, Triple L Land & Minerals continues to operate as a family business. The founder’s children are currently involved and actively assist in the business, contributing to daily operations and learning the fundamentals of land and mineral acquisitions.
